Actually, I didn't have much interaction with David because another customer was having a lengthy conversation with him when I was dropping off and he has on a phone call when I was picking up. Fortunately other sales reps ( next one on his right and later the rep on his left) we're able to assist me. I brought my vehicle in for one specific issue. I was told I needed a battery and several other repairs. I authorized some but the initial issue (cooling fan assembly) was not resolved. Five days later the vehicle overheated on the freeway and had to be towed. No, I am not satisfied with my service experience.

The only thing I was not happy with was that they had mentioned they did a car wash and it was not done. I know it was just a car wash but if it was not done just say you didnt have time or dont tell me it was done.
