I never received my complimentary car wash. They told me to pick up the car just before 4 pm on a Saturday. I showed up around 330pm and had to wait for an hour and a half before my car was done. I finally left around 5 pm. I went to ask Blair how much longer since I had dinner plans and my car was miraculously ready without a wash. I called a few days before my appointment to see if I needed to give them more time since I wasn’t just doing an oil change and tire rotation. I added my 30k mike service which was flushing my fluids. I was told my 1130 appointment would stil be fine for time. Clearly that was not the case. I usually get good service but this time I was very disappointed.
