Both times that I have had my vehicle serviced at the avondale Nissan location I’ve picked up my vehicle and things were not put back together all the way, these issues were clearly visible for the person who pulled my car up so that I could get into it. I don’t understand how I drop my car off one way and don’t get it back the same way. The second time I dropped my vehicle off I was told it would take a day, then I was told the tech misdiagnosed the time frame, okay I can understand that, I was put into a rental vehicle, was told my car would be finished by Thursday (a week later) then was called at almost 5pm and was told that a part got broken when it was being put back together and they had to order it, okay I can even understand that, the service advisor said that for the long inconvenience of not having my vehicle they would wash the outside of my car and vacuum the inside. I thought that was perfect. Great way to express customer service. I go to pick up my vehicle and the plastic piece on my driver side A pillar was hanging off, I put that back on. So that really was no big deal, but frustrating. Later on in the evening I go to charge my phone and notice that my 12v plug inside my center console no longer works (but it did when I dropped the vehicle off). I also noticed that my vehicle was not vacuumed out like I was told it was going to be. But what really or the icing on the cake was that I had a brand new pack of gum inside my car that I had just purchase the day before I dropped it off to get serviced, but was no longer in my vehicle. I don’t know if I need to start going to the Nissan dealership off Peoria or what but this is not the kind of customer service that I would expect to get. Considering I just recently purchased 2 Nissan vehicles within the last couple of months. 1 vehicle you can only service the fluids on because it is a Japanese vehicle, and the other one is still under warranty which I planned to bring and be serviced for the remainder of the vehicle life expectancy. I would hate to tell my friends, who recommended me to this dealerships service department, that they need to go somewhere else because your employees can’t do their jobs correctly or fully. I am not asking for red carpet service, but I am expecting to get the same service you would expect yourself.

Requested services to be done on my vehicle that were not required. Just replaced air filter and had a tire rotation the day before. So it made me wonder if you even gave me an oil change or not? Overall not real happy with service didn’t think the representative was honest with me. Usually my experience is exceptional not today.
