Adam provided excellent customer service. He taken the time to listen and made sure my concerns were addressed.
I’m truly a Nissan fan and take pride in making sure my vehicle maintenance is done in a timely manner. Thankfully I haven’t had to use the extended warranty on my previous vehicles. I was very frustrated on the 1st appointment after leaving the vehicle for 2 or 3days . I was expecting the 2nd appointment to be another waist of time and leave with the same unresolved problems.

I waited 15 minutes for someone to find someone else who could answer the question “what’s wrong”. The whole experience was horrific when one guy doesn’t show up for work, no one knows how to function as a service team. The automated system didn’t help them either.

I paid $75 for an oil change and tire rotation.I knew the price before committing to the service. I asked my service provider if a coupon would be accepted from another dealership since I purchased my new vehicle at another Nissan location. I understand that it would not be accepted but I feel like my service provider could have been more courteous and just nicer. He seemed annoyed that I even asked. He made no attempt to be decent and show customer service. He never gave me updates and I had a 12pm appointment and did not leave until 245pm. I just wish I went to ABC Nissan and could have used my complimentary oil change. I thought I preferred avondale but not anymore. Julie was the best, but she not there anymore, so I will stick with the crappy service at ABC Nissan.
