I had an appointment at 9 AM showed up Brandon did the paperwork and I was told that I would know something as far as pricing and what was needed to be done to my car in 20 or 30 minutes by 1130 I was looking for Brandon he was nowhere to be Found ia few minutes later I saw him and he stated that he had been looking for me but couldn't find me needless to say by then I was extremely upset I had wasted my morning just sitting there waiting completely unsatisfied unhappy with the service that I received today in fact I didn't accomplish what I had set to do which is to get the brakes done on my car. I simply don't understand why he couldn't find me as I was sitting in the waiting room !!!!

Dropped off car at 8:30am. Called the service dept at 2pm to check on car and was on hold for 10 min. Received a text message at 3:30 that car was done and needed to be picked up at 4pm. Service advisor mentioned that the battery was slow to start but tested fine. Battery died while out 3 days later. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that I needed a battery so it could have been taken care of while being at the dealership all day long. Charged me for a tire rotation when I bought all my tires there. No attention to detail. Very disappointed
