The worst experience ever it was just a run around with them and hard to get a rental car that fits me and my family. Giving me dates when it was going to be done and the dates keep changing. And they didn’t fix all the stuff that we brought it in for now I have to pay another $300 if I want to get it fix which I specifically told Cesar I wanted my Right rear back middle chair fixed & didn’t even get fixed or looked at. So disappointed at Nissan service department.

We were told we would get a call the day after we dropped off my car to confirm how the inspection went and just keep us in the loop of the process. I had to reach out to see what was going on. The second day, we still didnt get a call so my husband called and Michael finally texted to let me know my car was ready. Essentially he did not keep us in the loop at all, we had to follow up each day.
