They said there was an issue with my battery but it wasn't taken care of and also they inspected my vehicle but didn't indicate there was an issue with my tires and the next morning had to go to discount tire to get my tire repaired. Brandon is usually great but not sure what happened.

Waited 3 hours for oil change to be done. One representative started my process when I got there and I don’t think things were comminicated to the actual representative that was supposed to help me. Tire rotation was supposed to be done but when I went to pay it wasn’t done so I had to wait for that to be done.
