One thing I feel I need to say to Blair is that I didn’t really appreciate the way he treated me or made me feel and I thought if I brought it to your attention, that maybe I could save at least one other customer from feeling the same way. Since Blair is in the service industry, he needs to keep in mind that he doesn’t know what someone is going through; therefore, he should treat each client with the same respect, regardless of their situation. I took care of this for my dad (Lloyd) and not only was it his 76th birthday, my mom, who was his wife of 50 years recently died, and he’s struggling with that greatly. He moved in with me and my family and I am doing my best to take care of him., but on top of that, I recently lost my full-time job, and so YES, $135 for a diagnostic is A LOT of money for us right now. So, for Blair to make flippant remarks about how he didn’t even know “THAT MAN”, rudely asking me when the last time was I actually BOUGHT a battery when I asked him why it was so expensive, or saying how he wouldn’t even offer me additional services because I “freaked out” about a $135 diagnostic fee, really made me feel like crap, like I was worthless. The $182 it cost for a BATTERY today, just about drained my dad’s account. I’m not leaving this feedback he will get in trouble, nor am I looking for an apology. I’m not 100% sure if he is aware of how arrogant and rude he comes across and just wanted him to know how he made me feel and that maybe he should think about what people might actually be going through, before he treats them with disrespect because $135 is a lot of money to pay for you just to tell them what is wrong with their car. I just wanted to ask him to please step back and think about what someone might be going through, before he makes judgements about what they can and cannot afford when it comes to taking care of their car, to the best of their ability.

Caesar was honest and forthright. He worked tirelessly to resolve my problem. Although it all started with some Ho’s giving me trouble, I was able to work with Caesar & his team to get a whole new stable. Now I got all new ho’s, and this time- they have a warranty. So if them bitches give me problems, I can get all new ho’s free of charge. Without working with Caesar & Frank the Tank, this would have been an impossible feat.
