Staff was disorganized. No attention to detail. Didn’t talk with me about the maintenance of my vehicle or explained to me what needed to be done on my car. When I asked for a copy of the inspection report one was not given to me nor emailed to me. Very dissatisfied with the service of Avondale Nissan. I have been a customer for over 4 years.

Took 5 hours to get my collision warning checked out, oil change, and tire rotation. That is way too long for a customer to be waiting for a few tasks to be completed, in a timely manner!! I was told 1-2 hours. I didn’t get no updates about my vehicle status. All I got was a price quote to fix my front collision sensor. There should be no reason why a customer has to wait that long for 3 tasked to be competed. Especially with no apology for having to wait to long when I paid. What a shifty Nissan dealership location. It’s not like you care anyways. My dissatisfied response won’t get me an apology nor do you or the manger t team actually care that I waited so long or this message I am sending. Never returning again!!
