I received the intake text at 10 AM. I had to text them at 5 PM to find out if my car was done. It was so I went to get it. I was told it was being washed and just go sit down for a bit. A half hour later I finally went to the service desk and was asked what the problem was? My answer was well I do not have my car yet! It had been taken outside and parked and I was left to sit. I never ever had these issues when Julie took care of me… I was well cared for and well-informed.
