We scheduled a service request for an issue with the front passenger side wheel assembly and asked while it was in to also have a oil change completed. When arriving for the appointment they only had the oil change scheduled and said we would have to reschedule for the wheel issue. Time was taken off from work to be able to deal with the front wheel assembly issue that we scheduled an appointment for just for the service department to not be able to complete the service.

I didnt get a copy of my warranty. I told told to get a $460 and $250 fluids, when i asked what it was, declined to tell me. They were great in allowing me free rental and takibg me to bank when my card didnt work. All in all, i wud never have gone to the dealership if it cud have been avoided.

Poor communication with service rep and supervisor. I was told the part for my vehicle would be in a week, and it’s going on three weeks now. I was told I would get a call back when the part came in. I have left two voicemails with supervisor and have yet to hear anything back. I’m not getting no answers and just the run around. Poor customer service.

When I took my car in, I wasn't satisfied by the job you guys did whats so ever because I'm still having the same problems with my car and it's dangerous i have 3 kids and i dont want to take a chance on the road they said when they would change the stop lamp switch that it should stop the hesitation and it's still doing the same thing I was on the freeway verry scary and even if iam not on the freeway it still has the same problems so if some one can get back to me that would be awsome ****-****-xxxx erika

We have had issues recently with our a/c and throttle assembly. He A/c has not gotten fixed. When we mentioned this to the service advisor Adam that we wer frustrated and it seemed to Waste our time to keep coming back and no repairs to the a/c. The service advsirer, Adam, replied that we were wasting their time since they didn’t get paid either. We didn’t appreciate this comment since the car is under warranty and no pay would be received. Today when I arrived our service advisor was not at his desk. I understand that he was probably busy. But for about ten minutes I don’t get an acknowledgment. Today we felt like second class citizens and not customers if Nissan. If the service advisors are indicative of you how you treat customers, we won’t be buying any more vehicles from Avondale Nissan. And we certainly spread our dissatisfaction with our friends.
