Todd Coen ****-****-xxxx. Poor service. Had appt. Car dropped off 7:30 am. Wife waited in lobby 5 1/2 hours.Finshed at 5:30pm. Charged $600 for service. They admitted there was miscommunication but still billed me $600. Bad service.

I dont understand why you use words such as truly exceptional. He was ok. He did his job. I dont understand why the dealership prefer to use a text when I am in the waiting area. I do not believe one question on a survey, should speak for an advisor customer service. I'm sure he was busy all day and to now worry about what each customer says. I take my vehicle to Peoria Nissan. I only brought it in there because of the recall. I was triggered based on my last experience when I saw advisors whom I was antagonized by. I wish I had not went there honestly.

To Many inexperienced employees I request to check my Armada AC doesn’t turn off on the back side of the Roof amd they forgot or they told me that they don’t have the time and brink my car back for diagnosing when the car was already there Second Always with Tony Valencia they call me to give me the status of the car This time I just receive a phone call that the car was ready They not even told me that the air filter was broken or damaged and needs to be repaired I’m very disappointed with the service this time I believe fletchers do a better job for Less money I’m no sure if the tire where rotated I believe I will end up relation with Nissan at this point When I pick up my Armada the display on my dashboard shows Maintenance die soon If they supposed do a oil change and tire rotation why they don’t reset the screen By the time I pick up my car I have to wait another 30 minutes waiting for someone to k le how to reset the dam display I’m very disappointed with the service this time ????
