The service rep failed to tell me your service center did not have a tech to diagnose a manual transmission. A waste of time dropping off the car only to go and pick it up for nothing.

There seems to be a shortage of technicians at your shop, I left my car there for 6 days to repair a noise coming from the rear suspension and all the time was waiting for a technician, as of now I’m scheduled to take my vehicle in for the repair on October 28.
