Everyone is always very kind and the work is acceptable. But this time I just needed a battery. The battery and installation with tax was over $160.00. Quick Lane staff got my vehicle into the shop fairly quick, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Staff kept me updated on the progress and delivered the vehicle exactly when they said they would. Quality of work seems to be top notch (as usual).

Brought in my car for an oil change and tire rotation took 4 hours to complete. When I returned to pick up my car the tires had not been rotated and tech insisted he did. I had marked the tires and brought it to his attention. Serviced writer then took the car back into the shop and had tech rotate the tires. I will not be bringining any of my vehicles back very dishonest technicians and staff.

Jim Moore scoffed in my face when I told him my issue with my vehicle. He never once gave me the impression of urgency when I described my issue he simple told me he had a lot of other customers and gave a blank look. When I asked to see his manager he only pointed at a direction with out looking at me. I believe he should have walked us over and described the situation to his boss for us. His attitude and mannerism made a stressful situation even worse. I had my doubts about ford customer service but now I know it’s garbage.

The car i bought 16 hours before had such a bad leak that the motor was completely out of oil! It was wrote up as if nothing happened and blamed on a leaking oil filter. (More like oil filter wawas never put on tight because it does spontaneously develop a pin hole.) The point is Ford need to take ownership of nearly blowing the motor due to faulty service. The car was being driven with next to 0 oil in it! This may have caused damage to the motor.

I as scheduled for a 1 pm appointment, arrived at 12;40 and checked in. My truck sat until 2:15 when I was told they did not have time to preform the service. A rear break job on a 2018 F150. I have 38k and the rear brakes are warm out. Frustrating
