The service was extremely slow. It took over two hours for just an oil change. When I got home and checked under the hood not all of the tabs had been replaced on the engine cover. Very sloppy job, there was oil on top of the engine around oil fill causing a burning smell. Very disappointed.

Before leaving my Vehicle for repair I was promised that the repairs would be completed by Friday June 1st 2018 as I had plans to leave town for a week vacation. The Vehicle was not completed until Monday June 4th. This outcome was that I had to rent a Truck from Enterprise Trucks plus an addional charge for towing a trailer. I picked my Vehicle up on June 11th and discovered the front end alinement performed by Raceway was incorrect, the steering wheel was not centered causing me to return the vehicle for remedial work and another lost day of my time. Raceway had my Vehicle for eleven days, one would think that was suffient time for someone to perform some quality control to insure costumer satisfaction of repair.
