I am writing to say that Javier Fernandez took the absolute best care of me that he could, he's very intellectual and informative and professional in his position as a service writer. He kept me up to date throughout the entire process and informed me of a recall which I was unaware that Quick Lane would be able to resolve but I was very glad that they were able to do so. However the only gripe I have unfortunately is for the tech that serviced my vehicle, I got the works package on my 2017 Fusion SE 2.0 EcoBoost and all work was done appropriately except for the tire rotation which I really was hoping to have done as I commute daily from Moreno Valley to Ontario. The receipt states the tread depth is severely diminished which is false, as I've taken the car to Citrus Motors in Ontario immediately after leaving Raceway Quick Lane. Citrus Ford is where I purchased the vehicle only 3 months prior as a Certified Used vehicle which had new tires installed before being put up for sale which I've only put 5,000 miles on the vehicle to date from purchase. The service manager of Citrus looked at my vehicle and said that there's absolutely nothing wrong with the tires, granted the front is wearing slightly more than the rear which is expected in a front wheel drive vehicle regardless. The tread is definitely not even down to the wear markers yet on the tires. I simply don't understand why that was foreshadowed and was not delivered upon but simply ignored due to them being "too worn" which to be in all honesty I find absolutely atrocious. Even if the tires were in fact bald, wouldn't you want to have the good tires on your steer tires in the front for better control of your vehicle regardless? Thank you, -Ryan C

I was told the service would take an hour and a half but I came back and no one had touched the car. I had a messed up battery but no one replaced it even though I had a warranty. They refused to find a way to fix the problem. Very disappointed.
