I scheduled an appointment at 9:00am and upon arriving I was told it would take 90 minutes. I thought an appointment at Quick Lane would be quick. It did only take an hour but still seems long for someone with an appointment for an oil change.

I’m glad that the oil was cleaned up on my GT500’s under tray so that it was not leaking on the headers—twice before that had happened, but I am not happy that when I picked up my vehicle it was parked so far up in the parking spot that the front splitter was sitting on top of the cement parking blocks. We had to inspect for damage and I had to bring the car back the next day for a proper inspection on the lift. Thankfully there was no damage other than some added scratches on the underside of the vehicle; however, The fact that i found my car in this state makes me wonder if I should go elsewhere for my standard oil changes vs leaving it up to QuickLane. I do not want to have this happen again. It’s a shame that Ford does not have special technicians for vehicles like mine, but you don’t want to come back and find your $160k car sitting on top of cement blocks due to a careless technician.

NO I’m not satisfied with your service department. I had my truck in for a torn drivers seat on July 3 2024 and heard nothing for over one week. After leaving call back numbers on voicemail to the service desk and service manager I heard nothing. I only got a return cal when I left a voicemail with the store manager. I found out they were texting my home number. I told them to delete that number.
Now I left a voicemail with the service desk on Saturday and haven’t heard back yet. I’m very disappointed in the service department.
