After receiving our car back from our last visit he noticed a scratch on the top of our car that appeared as though some object was sat on top of the roof of the car. I asked about 75,000 service and I don't feel like the rep knew what she was talking about. She called and said my vehicle was ready and I said I would be down then she said oh there are two recommendations: flush transmission and change cabin air filter. I told her I thought that the cabin filter was changed the last time I came in for service. I didn't get a response so I go to sign my receipt and it says I need the engine air filter, which I would have had changed.

The experience was good until I informed the finance team I had my own finance.Then it went to not so well. It seamed that they went out of their way to not be helpful.I was told it would be a lot easier if i went with ford finance. And all of a sudden me getting the purchase order was a difficult task.But it is done now. Will I return to purchase another car or truck, maybe not.
