This the 2 time I have had my oil change at this facility and both times the Technicians forgot to refill the DEF tank!! I had to remind them myself after I was told the job was completed and my keys were returned to me and entered the truck to return home and check the DEF gauge!! The problem was promptly addressed. The maintenance contract I purchased includes this service, the Technicians just need to be more informed or pay more attention to what their doing so things don’t go over looked!! Thanks!!

Dissatisfied with how service was conducted. My vehicle spent about a week at the service center and to no avail was there any remedy for the reported issue. The apparent lack of information regarding diagnostics was unacceptable when asking questions about what was accomplished. When the assigned service advisor wasn’t available, other service advisor team members would NOT discuss anything related to my vehicle diagnostics. This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered regarding a vehicle service center. When I take my vehicle to a dealer I expect them to know their product and do it well. My experience was the exact opposite.
