This my second time I had my car service here. The customer service was on point. After the car was serviced it was explained to me exactly what was done and what will be needed on the next service. I was told it will take about 2 hours and it was. I will be seeing raceway ford on my next service. They deserve a 5 star rating!

My transmission was rebuilt by Raceway last year with about 6k miles since. While on vacation pulling our tent trailer I am flagged off the road with smoke coming from underneath the vehicle. I pull off and look under to find red fluid covering the bottom of the **** and underside of vehicle and front of our trailer. Transmission temp when I jump in and take a look is 239 at this point. We decide to cut the trip short and take our time getting back home and would simply stop anytime the transmission temp reached 230 which made for a long trip back home. I take it too raceway assuming there to be something that went wrong after the rebuild, likely an over filled transmission and to give them a fair opportunity to correct the issue. I was told that they added dye couldn't find a leak and no codes so they cleaned up all of the transmission fluid, told me that it's likely residue from when it was rebuilt last year and that the vehicle was fine. I spoke to Al French the service manager who treated me like I was irrational to expect some sort of diagnosis when transmission fluid leaks from the transmission. I can't think of a time when I was spoken to or treated so poorly. Al tells me that they can't find a problem, there is transmission fluid on the outside of the transmission, is that no longer considered a problem? Al tells me they can't duplicate the leak after driving it a few miles, the last time it leaked I was towing a trailer 300+ miles through Bakersfield, is it not hard to understand those are different circumstances? My trailer is a 5500# tent trailer towed in 105 heat, am I only able to tow when it's cool outside? I'm so perplexed at how any of this makes sense and how a service department can be ok completely disregarding a customers concern especially when the transmission is still wet with the fluid that leaked out of it and say there's nothing wrong, and then treat the customer like they are disgruntled or irrational for asking for an explanation of why it leaked and being told it's likely residue from when we rebuilt it last year. I'm not sure how I am supposed to respond or be satisfied, I'm still trying to clean all of the transmission fluid off of the front of my trailer, but Al French says nothings wrong and if Im still concerned I should go to another dealer. I'm not sure what your looking for with these surveys Raceway!

I was told that if I dropped my truck off by 8am on Wednesday the 3rd they would be able to look at it the same day. I was told I would have it back by Saturday the 6th. When Saturday came along I was told it would be done by Monday. They didn't look at it until Tuesday the 9th, and I did not get it back until Thursday the 11th. Being that it is a service vehicle, not having it for over a week hurt myself and my company financially.
