Third or fourth time that that I brought my vehicle in there expecting to have the service completed and the detailing that was promised me when I purchased the vehicle but wasn't done because it was raining and it was consistently raining on and off for several months so I Waiting for the rain to stop anyway the point of the matter is, I brought it in like four times and every single time I pick it up conveniently they weren't able to do the detail for some reason.. Service was done promptly however you either need to find a new detailer or get somebody more reliable. I just feel like you got my money you don't care whether or not my vehicle gets taken care of. Was part of the purchase deal.
