The service tech was absolutely amazing. First off he listened to me. Then after I explained what my thoughts were after explaining my specific issues with the vehicle he agreed and went ahead and just changed my battery first before doing a bunch of unnecessary tests. Also noticed my tires were in need of replacement and offered me options. I have never been to a dealer shop and been treated with such respect. Not one was i upsold. Hands down the best service tech I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much

I had an oil change and a cabin air filter replacement. When I picked up my truck there was an oily substance sprayed all over my touch screen, dash, and vents. When I asked the technician to wipe it down he began being sarcastic and not helpful. I asked my service advisor for help and he didn’t want to help either. I am frustrated that I have to clean up after the services I paid for. The service manager came out to help and had to tell the technician to leave who continued to be menacing and sarcastic. In the end I have a slick staining on my center console which I could not clean off.
I am still in disbelief on the horrible customer service experience.
