You should be proud of your team over at Raceway Ford. I live in Murietta and traveled to raceway instead of going to my local Ford dealership which is gosh they are absolutely horrible over there and do not know how to take care of customers, race, warehouse, my business as long as I own afford you guys over there are incredible. From the time of drop off to the time of pickup my experience with service was at an utter disappointment. Luckily Brandon (the sales rep who sold me my car saved my experience). Stewart was rude and offered zero help and made no attempt to help resolve my issue or offer assistance while being rude. On top of that, not one representative had contacted me about the status of my car and the issue that was at hand. I had received a message on Friday (11/17) that my car would be ready Monday (11/20). Monday came around with nobody contacting me on the status since there was not a specified time on pick up which should not be my responsibility to find out. I then called Tuesday (11/21) to demand an update and was met with a response of “Well if you received a message saying it would be ready Monday then you should have came and picked up the vehicle.” As expected since I never received a call on the update of the vehicle, I had been told that the car wasn’t ready yet and would be by the end of the day. I understand timing is never perfect, however the professionalism displayed with lack of communication and rudeness is an issue. I would appreciate a response and/or a call from management to further discuss this matter as it is truly unacceptable and unprofessional.
