Any company that uses a feedback system like this — one in which some technician delivers numerical quantities to a higher-up — should look inward. What information are you really receiving through these questions? What if my “8” rating is the next customer’s “6” for the same level of service? How do you reconcile; are you? You will get all the information you need by asking customers to complete one statement: Today’s service (a) failed to meet my expectations because __________ (b) met my expectations. (c) exceeded my expectations by ___________ The use of “because” identifies something the customer expected but wasn’t delivered; better look into this because some competitor may be doing this. “By” identifies something delivered the customer wasn’t expecting and management may not realize was a possibility at the price charged. Management may want to add this to the plate of goods delivered, especially since it likely didn’t add to expenses. Think about this.

Anthony is excellent...he was professional, courteous and delivered on what he promised. Only time will tell on the actual warranty work done... In the past, I've left messages for Juan which all of those messages fell on deaf ears, unfortunately.

Requested two estimates but recieved one. Advisor acted as if he was doing me a favor. Apparently spending a few thousand on parts and labor now days is some favor to the consumer. Lack of professionalism. My usual advisor Gilbert is far more professional. Additionally, I called and left messages 3 days in a row with no call back so imagine my surprise when I show up today and see advisor's casually chatting with other employees. Frankly your service department is mismanaged. I left your business wondering how many customers you lose yearly to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I further debated going to Escondido or any other dealership. To be clear the advisor who assisted me was energetic and pleasant however he did not provide me with the two estimates requested by the parts department and myself despite clear requests and instruction. Instead there was arguement it would take him too much time and to do so would require a "24 pack of beer". Can't walk into a dealership anymore and simply get service, shame. That said your parts department has consistently done an excellent job with orders, returning calls, answering questions and following up. They also go above and beyond communicating customer needs to the service department and offering services such as installation and walking guests over to service advisors and introducing them.

Gilbert followed through with the mechanics to troubleshoot and make sure the needed repair was made on my Jeep. He kept us updated on the repairs and carefully explained the problem and solutions necessary for repairs. I had to get the vehicle back because Was going out of town. Gilbert made sure I had the vehicle back when promised. I appreciate the service he provided us.

Our experience was excellent up until we paid for our services. The day after we took our car home the service engine light was back on. A sensor which is covered by our extended warranty is needed. We are still waiting for the new sensor and it is going on one month of waiting. This is highly disappointing & I suspect the delay is due to the fact that no more payment will be due from us?!

Juan is amazing! It is because of his service that I choose to come to Carlsbad by Baker as opposed to my alternative dealer which is about equal distance the opposite way. Juan listens to what it is I express, puts together a clear plan for me to know what to expect, and then comes through! This is my second time working with Juan and I think he is fabulous! You are lucky to have him on your staff!
