When I got my car back a guy drove it to me, as soonest I got in the car I see an orange light on and my car says “drive mode unavailable”. How the heck the guy gives me my car when he is seeing the car light it’s on and it says that and on top of that it’s making the noise that something it’s wrong, it makes no sense to me that they will give me my car back like that when it was obviously not ok to drive. On top of that I turn off my car so I could walk back but wanted to turn it back on the the started sounded bad, guess what they also messed that up. Anyways after waiting almost an hour the guys took care of it, and give me my car back.

Juan, took the tome to call me back quickly after my initial phone call to the general service number. Several times he updated me on the progress of the key fob which needed to be ordered ahead of time so that it will be ready to program the day of my appointment. Yesterday, he called and informed me that the key fob had arrived and that the next step would be for me to show up on my appointment date and time.

When I came to pick up my car, I stood around for 5 min till someone even acknowledged me. No hello, welcome or anything. Gilbert however was super nice. I would not recommend buying a jeep just because of the service. Overall not super friendly. Gilbert though was super nice and friendly.

juan is the most amazing service manager we have had in our six years coming to bob baker jeep. He was thorough, congenial, very on top of his game, and treated me with so much thoughtfulness and respect that he won me over. We were close to switching our service to a different Jeep dealership until Juan helped us out today. Jeep services are extremely expensive, but Laura was great and I appreciated her work very much. But, may have to reconsider jeep service in the future - very costly and they don’t seem to care about long term customers.
