Terrible service every time. This one took the cake. Came for my appointment, was told I shouldn’t have even been scheduled because my service advisor wasn’t there for another week. I asked if they could diagnosed it so I could get a rental because I’ve been having so many issues with this car. The said they wouldn’t be able to diagnose it for another 3-4 hours because the staff would be going to lunch. So I got the rental car anyways because I didn’t want to wait. My first complaint is why I was scheduled if my service advisor wasn’t there. My second complaint is why would I get an appointment right before the staff goes on lunch, so unnecessary for me to sit at the dealership while they eat lunch? I was told I would get a call by the end of take day giving me an idea of what was wrong with my car. Never got the phone call and they kept my car over the weekend without my consent or even a notification. Overall I have dreaded service at this dealership every single time I have had to take it in, even for a basic oil change. My husband who had a Ram also has had the same terrible service. I would never buy another car from Bob Baker or recommend to friends and family because of how terrible the service department is.

Laura my service person was most helpful. However I was most disappointed that Chrysler would not repair my car as they no longer make the parts needed. It seems they could get parts that were needed from another source. Also when I pursued a repair by a transmission shop they had the parts readily available. They also told me absolutely do not drive the car, have it towed in. Chrysler sent me on a 15 mile drive home.i guess a different opinion as to what was safe.

Once Laura kicked into gear, she was unstoppable, and took care of my needs. Yes, she was quite late for our appointment, but she made up for it. Perhaps, she should've called me, when she knew of the delay. All is good, though.

The only thing I keep thinking about is - by chance was there a coupon? I always got the coupon price - as a regular customer. Randy F. never needed the coupon - just gave me the deal. Took very long to receive our key fob and floor mats after purchasing the vehicle, little to no communication during the process. Other team members didn't seem to know anything about the order(s) when we arrived to pick up the items.
