Waited almost 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me to take my vehicle that I had an appointment for. Service always takes longer than expected every time I take my car in. I honestly dread having to service my vehicle because it’s always slow for even the simplest things.

Gilbert worked quickly to get my jeep wrangler in for an oil change as I told him I needed to leave by 12 noon and I have come in at 11 AM. He said he would find someone to do it so that I wouldn’t get caught by the service crews going on lunch at noon. That would’ve made my oil change take about 2 1/2 hours. He returned the car to me at 11:50 AM, and I was out of there by noon. He was easy to deal with and made quick work of the paperwork. Pretty cool guy. At least that’s my experience with him. I’ll give him 10 out of 10.

I was not informed that I was supposed to be 21 in order to rent a car. I was told to get in the van and they’ll be getting me a rental car. Once I showed up they asked for a paper that Laura was supposed to give me but I never received any paperwork. I had to spend $30 dollars of my own money to get home because of the mix up between both companies. As a service advisor they should know better to ask questions and ask the client on how the other service providers of green leaf if everything went okay. 2 days without my car having to spend money was not and is not an ideal thing that a customer should ever go through.
