The staff was great , the only issue was the extremely long wait time . I scheduled a appointment at 9:50 and was told I’d have to wait until 2:30 pm for a brake flush. To be honest it felt like a waste to make a appointment to end up waiting that long . Again the staff was great so that was the upside of the service.

I brought my vehicle in on Monday morning for an oil change, replacement of the oil filter, replacement of the engine coolant and the replacement of the fuel pump relay switch. I was told the work would be completed by the end of the day. On Monday afternoon, Laura called and told me the the power steering pump was empty and that the vehicle needed extensive work to correct the leak. The estimated cost was going to be approximately $2,000. I told her that I would call her back after discussing this with my wife. Shortly thereafter, I returned Laura's call and told her not to do anything about the power steering but to complete the rest of the work. I called her at approximately 4:30 to check on my vehicle. She told me that the dealership has only one lift so they pulled my vehicle off the lift while waiting for my decision on the power steering. It was not ten minutes between the time Laura informed me of the situation with power steering and my return call to cancel any repairs the power steering. Apparently in that time frame, my vehicle was removed from the one hoist at the dealership and put outside. It was not until 4:30pm on Tuesday that I picked my vehicle up. Communication between Laura and me was problematic. I was not able to speak with her and she did not return my calls when I left voice mails for her. It seems to me that an oil and filter change, coolant replacement and a factory warranty recall should take less than a day, not two full days. I am very frustrated with your dealership and its service.

Sean took very good care of my Dodge Durango as well as kept me informed regarding the repair required. Despite having numerous customer to tend to, Sean made it a point to always get back to me with 15 minutes after I left a voice message. In my opinion, Sean went above and beyond and with that, I was very pleased. There are other Service Advisor that could benefit from the work ethic and customer service that Sean provides. Sean is the only service advisor that I will request from now on. Highly recommend a pay increase and promotion and please, retain him at all cost.
