Sean is the best. He was very helpful, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. He wore hid mask properly, I went into the parts room and a few of the employees at the desk to the right we’re not wearing their masks over their noses.

Should provide a checklist for multipoint inspection. Anthony should wear BobBaker identification or shirt. He just looked like a regular guy. Did not inspect car for dings. Should have printed out estimate before service and explained price structure and what is included. There should be coffee available for guests or equivalent. The lounge is dingy and dirty. Upside down chairs. Very unpleasant overall impression. All Fiat brand signs have been removed. No Fiat swag to look at or buy in store. Sales people could not tell me why they had no Fiats on the lot. No place to sit outside. Business looks Depressed and like it is going down. Not in the same league as other service shops in car country.

I asked about an all points check sheet that I did not received and was told it wasn’t available. My hood was then opened to do a visual check and the AirFilter was not even removed because there were dead bugs etc under the filter which tells me that all the was done was an oil change. Typically when I bring my vehicle in to be serviced I’m told of all that was done and it’s clear and concise on that checklist. Other than the tires being replaced and the oil changed I’m not confident of anything else.

Your service is mediocre on countless levels. -Your service employees either dont answer their phone and it goes to voicemail or it takes 10 minutes to get someone on the phone -You setup a texting service which states "If you have any questions, reply to this message." When I reply and ask for updates to my vehicle, nobody replies. -When I drive up to the service desk, nobody greets me. I have to wait for several minutes to seek out a service rep, which are always hiding in their offices. -When the service reps do come out, they hardly even greet the customer. "Hello, how are you?" would be the least I'd expect before spending a few hundred bucks. -I was given an ETA of 3 hours. The job took 7, and no updates were given until I called. After calling, I was told the job would be done in 15 minutes, but it actually took an hour an 15 minutes. -I can sum up all of this with, mediocre customer service. Take a look at the Japanese competition across the street, Toyota or Honda. They're blowing yall out of the water. I do not expect to take my vehicle back to your shop.
