It was supposed to be a simple job. They ordered the part last year and lost it. Came back in March and they had to order it again. Part came in and it was wrong. They had to order the part 3 times before they got the right one. Each time they said it would be there i brought my car in at opening time. I didn't hear back until mid afternoon letting me know it was the wrong part and they should have the right one the next day. I finally took my car back after 2 days since they still didn't have the right part. I brought it one last time after they actually had the right part. This is dealership is a total mess, i don't think I will be buying from them ever again or have my service done there.

Originally, I booked my service online and said I would not need a vehicle things changed and I ended up needing a temporary vehicle as I thought it may take longer than a couple hours to complete, I was surprised to find you did not offer loaner vehicles based off of the options I was presented on the website. The process to get a rental from green leaf to me seemed a bit strange and took a long time. I wasn’t ever given a time frame for the work to be done so I called several times during work hours to multiple extensions to get info and despite leaving multiple voicemails was never called back (4 calls 2 voicemails over 2 days), when someone finally answered I was on hold for about 10 minutes to get the info I wanted. Some of this may be my fault as I left the wrong number on my sign up paperwork, but not being able to get in touch with a person and being sent to multiple voicemails was frustrating. I remember I even tried to book my appointment via phone but was not able to talk to a person to do it. When I came to pick my vehicle up my service advisor wasn’t there, which is fine, and a porter pulled my car around quickly but I had to wait a long time again just to pay. Maybe you’re understaffed or overworked because of Covid an such but I felt like I was just waiting a lot for things that could have been quicker and I would have liked more updates about my vehicle or information about work timelines prior to departing.

What I liked about Sean was he was efficent and got me out of there Quick!
