Let's face it, crazy times... getting a car fixed you would think would be worse than getting a root canal right now. Gotta say, as far as I'm concerned, it was like life as normal getting service. I had alot of issues with my Liberty that needed to get fixed to re-register, and it was timely! The crew was very cautious with lots of safety protocols in place to prevent Covid19. Thanks for making something in life nowadays a little normal!!! Kudos to Laura and crew!!!

Laura was great. She checked me in quickly without an appointment. I came in for an EGR cooler recall on my eco diesel truck. She also found 2 other recalls that needed to be done. Because I didn’t have a ride home she provided me an Uber ride home. The following day Laura called me to let me know my truck was all done and ready to be picked up. It was evident that Sean Gray, the rest of the team were busy; however, Sean was attentive, he listened, and kept us, the customers, informed as our vehicles were almost completed. Sean was polite, courteous and had time to have a quick casual conversation.
One critique I do have is the Customer Lobby is yucky. It lacks a injection of Botox—painting the lobby would enhance the atmosphere, possibly have advertisements not just taped on the walls that was tacky. I noticed these small enhancements while I waited from 11:25AM until 1:56PM when my Alfa Giulia was done. Thank you.

1) When I arrived to pickup my vehicle I waited for 10-15 min before anyone acknowledged or engaged with me. I was standing right in front of Laura’s kiosk with my vehicle there ready to go. I had to go find her and she was talking with another employee, saw me, but still no acknowledgment. I had to approach her to ask if I could get me car, which she did.
2) when I dropped off I asked for more info on my diesel emission limitations. I have a recall model and it had malfunctioned which was one reason for the appt. she did not provide an update. I had to ask before she walked away. The info she gave was vague and unhelpful. I got the impression she blew it off and gave me a made up answer. I also asked at drop off about my brake pad wear and she did not mention or review the results of the inspection with me.
I have had great experience in the past but this was disappointing

Sean was great. The car looks beautiful. I did ask about a couple issues with the vehicle that will need to be addressed in a follow up service - start stop message - not available battery charging and there is something rolling around on the passenger side of the car since purchase. While the repair took longer then I had hoped, under the current situation I understand. Plus Laura called me a few times to update me and that was appreciated. Lastly a loaner vehicle was provided that allowed me to maintain my schedule without having to depend on others. Thus very happy with the overall service. Thank you
