I recently visited the service department, due to engine problems. Max Hackedorn, who was my service advisor, went above and beyond when it came to getting my car repaired under the extended warranty plan I purchased, when I bought the car. After being told 4 times by the insurance company to take apart something that could literally not be taken apart to prove that it was malfunctioned, he was able to get them to understand that it was a problem that would fall under my warranty. This ended up saving me $1,900 in out of pocket repairs. Max was always in communication with us and got us back into a working car in a few days. I will definitely be returning to this service department for all of my future car needs. Max was fantastic and Mazda is lucky to have him!!
