It may not entirely be the fault of the service team there. I brought my car in the day before the Shelter In Place order was given at a state-wide level. I brought it in for the following reasons: BlueTooth wasn’t connecting to my phone, the NAV system crashes when I try and input an address with a Voice Command and the window in the driver’s door rattles. Two hours after dropping it off I was called and told that they had updated the infotainment system and that I needed to pick up the car because the service center was going to close. I picked up the car within 30 minutes of receiving the call. The BlueTooth did connect again after I unpaired and then re-paired my phone. However, the next day the system did not recognize that my phone was plugged in to the USB and I wasn’t able to play music via BlueTooth or USB. I even tried turning the car off and then back on and that didn’t work. Later in the day it started working again. I also tried inputting an address via Voice Command and the system crashed just like it had before. The window also still rattles. So all three of the problems I brought the car in for are still there. I want to believe that the service team did at least update the infotainment system, but the update didn’t fix the issues I’m having with it. I’d like the issues to be fixed whenever the service center opens again.

The work on my Mazda was great. When my car was washed it was a totally different story. My passenger inside front and back seat was soaked. Floor was completely soaked. The worst thing about it was no one said anything. I left and had to come back to let them know. They tried to ficks it with an airgun/ compression gun. No compensation offered. Was told that on Saturday there is no manager on duty to sanction a compensation.
