As soon as I drove into the bay he rushed out of his little office in the bay and greeted me with a smile and a “Hello, Mr. ****, welcome back to Bob Baker Mazda. I was somewhat early for my appointment, so he assured me with a “no worry, we’ll take you right now. He then took the time to check to see if there were any coupons applicable to the service I needed and then inquired as to my time options: Did I want to wait, did I need a ride, etc. I feel he is a tremendous asset to your team.
