I was told by AAA and Pep Boys that the battery needed to be replaced. Mazda indicates that it was within normal functioning range, and did not need to be replaced. Currently the battery is under warranty, however that is about to time out. In addition, when my car was brought to the front, there was one significant deep scratch and two faint surface only marks. I am fairly certain the scratches happened during the appointment however the technician commented he couldn’t be sure it was the technician who caused the multiple marks. I intend to inquire about cameras in the service area docks because I want to be sure Mazda is not responsible. When I bought this car new, I paid for the extended warranty and have always taken my car to the Mazda dealership. I am extremely frustrated and disgruntled by the device I was provided today.

I know I could have paid less but my life is super crazy right now and I just wanted to convenience of the dealership. As it turned out the gal that scheduled me was super sweet, both service tech's worked as a team to organize my service, the courticy drive home and Uber back was amazing,the cashier and mechanic that brought by car out all were great. Eye contact and thank you's by all. 90,000 mile here I come.
