I was quoted over the phone $40 for a new Key, then one hour of labor for programming. I sent my 17 year old daughter to get the key replaced. You charged her $90 for the key. You also charged one hour of labor but the actual time was between 30 and 45 minutes.

Cody was extremely understanding and helpful in our situation as we wanted to get our young daughters car fixed while we were in town. When the part did not arrive on time, Cody ensured the our daughter was given a loaner to drive. Additionally, he kept me updated on the status of progress throughout the process. This was extremely important to my wife and I since our daughter is geographically separated from family/support. We will surely revisit HCH for our future needs!
