Service was fast as always and I really appreciate the complimentary wash, my car was *dirty* and it came out looking great.

We had an appointment. Oil change alone took 50 minutes. Wasn't expecting it to take that long with an appointment.
Car was run through carwash but it didn't clean it good. Inside wasn't vacuumed - that would have been nice.
Need free bottled water in customer waiting room.
