Paid for inspection which was never done, 2 days after i sent an email and called back and service representative confirmed machine is sometimes faulty, never bothered to take my contact details for a callback and verify that whatever issue was fixed, had to go somewhere else to have inspection done. Worst of all battery has failed twice and it will not be replaced due to honda policy that it has to fail their own test. Of course it always passes your machine test but thr reality remains its dying on me. Last time battery failed was with my wife on the express..thank GOD the kids were not with her. Battery was topped up tuesday and it failed thursday. Very inconvenient may never deal with honda again after this lease ends..this battery situation is just ridiculous.

Everything was taken care of in a very professional manner. The service area was super clean & our service rep was great! We received a loaner vehicle, which was surprising and a really nice touch, although next time please let us have one just a little bit larger. Will definitely will consider Hill County Honda when we purchase our next new Honda.
