My service agent was Cody Kyle. Cody gave exceptional customer service to me. He showed me around the new facility, told me how long it should take for my vehicle to be serviced and offered some of the many goodies that Honda offers for their waiting customers. I did purchase a car freshener for my daughter’s 2017 HRV. Thank you for the car wash. I have to admit, the service is just as good as I get at the Lincoln dealership for my navigator!
