Great customer service and Southern hospitality from Vincent and Hill Country Honda!! As I observed other customer service Representatives, they treated everyone with respect and offered a lending hand no matter what the situation. The waiting area was comfortable. I sat at the table with the internet plug-ins and was able to do some work while waiting. My car was washed and vacuumed when it was finished with an oil change. This location is a whole lot closer to my house and I will be returning again!

I chose to try HC HONDA for my Honda Accord's oil change and two recalls as it is close to my home. I received excellent customer service. Tim, service writer, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was very professional and friendly.
The dealership is beautiful, however, lacking in amenities in the customer
