While my vehicle was brought up after the work was completed the vehicle was then taken to a waiting area while the service rep Chris was dealing with an additional customer. All this happened while other service reps weren’t dealing with customers. Overall, the service rep was very professional and did a great job explaining the process. However, it was a Saturday morning on a day that I had a lot to do and I didn’t have the extra time to wait. Otherwise, a beautiful facility and good service was provided.
