Rudy was amazing. I have been to this location serval times and Rudy was by far the best person to help me. That isn’t to say the others haven’t been amazing, that’s just saying how great Rudy was. Professional, courteous and prompt. I felt like my car was in great hands.

North side Honda was not able to see us today for our CRV gear recall. Even though I had spoken to them earlier this week to try and set an appt and they said I didn't need one. I had requested the afternoon off from work as we were traveling from eagle pass Texas. When I called them today they said I in fact did need an appt and couldn't see me. They were rude and I'm happy to have found hill country Honda. I spoke to Rosie and she said to for sure come on by and that they would be able to help me. We made the trip and our experience was smooth and very fast. It worked out perfectly for us because we had another appointment that we were able to make on time. Thanks to everyone for their kindness and awesome customer service at hill country Honda , especially Rosie and Cody. When it's time for us to upgrade our vehicle we will be sure to come back to you all.

The oil change was done in a timely manner. My only suggestion is from my experiences with the Honda dealership in Pueblo, CO. They gave free car washes with every oil change, might be an idea for you.

My experience was awesome! I didn’t wait more than 45 min for the issue to be resolved. It was raining and they let me park my 2nd vehicle inside the service drive since it was raining. Everyone was super friendly. They even took out the rock that was stuck in my wheel and causing problems, and gave it to me like I requested, them laughed with me about such a tiny rock causing such an inconvenience. I’m grateful it was such a pleasant experience.
