Like anyone else I've been to many different service areas for various vehicles but I have never been so impressed with the customer service I received at this Honda. Michelle was awesome, but her coworker was the exact opposite!
Since I don't remember names, the heavier set lady didn't speak when I spoke to her and she had a very nonchalant attitude about checking me out.
Again, I'm not sure about the name, but if Michelle is the smaller young lady...she was the absolute professional Hill Country would be proud to represent the brand.
Otherwise, I would never come back with the negative disposition of the other young lady. I was greeted by Michelle and she spoke with real concern for the customer. She was Great!!

When I pulled in just after 1000 on the Saturday of the event, I found 2 bays open and approximately 10 cars before me. They soon opened a third bay and I was now 2nd in line. My car was in/out in about an hour. The service team made popcorn for some sweet little family waiting with mom. I haven’t been disappointed, yet, but don’t think I will be!????
