I just wish the car had been washed better. I didn’t walk behind the car until I came home and parked in the garage. The back of the car was still so dirty. It looked like it was just sprayed off -and not well. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.

I was kind of frustrated with the check our process. I had to wait after my car was done and finally walked up to tell them my car was done. I was the only person in the waiting room. I did love that you washed my car!

Michael did an admirable job. Missed getting inspection done. Offered to take back and do, but additional time I didn't have. Will have to do another time, elsewhere. Also, wasn't aware of timelines (90 days) to do inspection for reg renewal process. Didn't offer to look up. I looked up on my smart phone and advised him. If you are going to offer as service, reps should know basic info regarding. Never got quote on replacement of cupholder surround . Told him shouldn't be tearing after 20k-ish miles on car. Should be covered under warranty, or 3 free year maintenace (letter) deal I got from Sales. He said it wasn't covered. Told him I had a 2001 Honda for 18 years w/out that problem. He said, yeah, I heard things were made better then. Hmmm... Not on him, but disconnect between Service Dept and Sales. REF: 3 year mtc agreement letter. Gave Service Dept cy of. Said they/Service Dept have no idea what that covers, besides oil change, which was part of original sale anyway. So was Sales Dept deal made hollow/worthless? . Michael tried to resolve, but above his "pay grade," and an unresolved headache for me. Service asked Sales the next day. Sales said, means oil change. No... 3 yr mtc, means 3 yr mtc!!! Internal issue I shouldn't have to deal w/. HC Honda should be one company to me, not component parts I have to run around and negotiate with near a year later. Feels like,unprofessional, and/or unethical tactics by upper management in 2018, and now again. Suggest General Manager contact me to resolve. Contemplating taking to social media if someone doesn't resolve. Sales person, Colin Paris excellent. Issue w/ Sales Management who made deal it seems they aren't living up to.
