My appointment was at 9:30. He didn’t meet with me until 9:40. He insulted me by saying my window problem was probably because I had activated the child lock. I explained that I had checked that and that one of the back windows worked. He smugly tried to show me I was wrong. He found out I was not wrong. He then asked if the work could not be completed that day if he could keep the car overnight. I told him that I needed the car by late the next morning or very early in the afternoon. I heard nothing for the rest of the day. The next morning he did not answer my calls. He finally texted me saying that my car would not be ready that day. I already was on my way to pick up the car. No diagnostics had been run. Only the air conditioning had been recharged. Even the oil had not been changed. I took my car. My time had not been respected. I was completely dissatisfied.

When I got there I was told it would be 40-45 min for quick service. It turned to over an hour and a half. Not once did an employee proactively let me know. Even after I asked and let the manager know I needed to go due to work there was no rush. Ended up having to leave without wash/vacuum and that was already double time time I was quoted upon arrival. I will it return to Hill Country Honda.

My hood was raised and damaged after receiving service for an oil change and tire rotation. My car is on the old side and so I believe it was treated roughly and I was in fact quite quite irritated that my car was being returned to be in worse condition. Yeah I got offered free body work to fix it but I don’t believe it should’ve been damaged to begin with. This location won’t be getting my business again.

It is Saturday, I just got my Acura TL back from service and took it directly home and parked in my garage, just took it out today Sat to drive for 1st time since repair and noticed dashboard is cracked on passenger side!???
