Marc was great! My only complaint is that my car wash was terrible. The service guys made it harder for me to see out my windows. It looks like they sprayed it with water and tried to dry it off with a towel or something. All my windows were smeared and I still had to go to the car wash after leaving there. My floor mats in the back weren’t placed back correctly! It was just a terrible job overall! We spend a lot of our time and money in that dealership and are promised a clean car afterwards. The least they could do is try to make it look like they cleaned it.
