For whatever reason, Paul Tran, the service rep was either in a bad mood, or just being a jerk to me.
He asked me if I wanted my tires rotated and I said no, I just want my oil changed and my tire pressure checked.
He said it'd be an hour.
An hour and 45 minutes later, he called me over. He told me nothing about my car other than "you DO need a tire rotation, but you said you didn't want it, so..."
I said ok, I'll schedule it when I don't have my mom with me. (She has Alzheimer's and I'm her caregiver. She gets pretty impatient when we have to sit and wait for stuff )
His response was "yeah" and then he charged me. I paid, and I left.
Every other service rep is nice. I watched them all talk to the other people in the waiting room.
I refuse to be treated like crap because I declined a service, or because he came to work in a bad mood, or because he just doesn't like me. I don't care if you don't like me. I'm your customer, and you need to treat me with respect. I was nothing but nice.
My wife and I have been leasing cars at McGrath Acura for several years. This left a terrible taste in my mouth. When my lease is done, I'm going to a different Acura dealer. McGrath lost two customers because of this. The free water and coffee isn't worth this crap.
Our sales guy was Raffy, but he's not there anymore. His sister took over and was working with my wife to get her another car. Not gonna happen. We're done with McGrath. For good.
Oh, and the boss only responds to five-star reviews on Yelp. If that doesn't speak volumes about this place, I don't know what does.
