Mark & Patrick were very nice & friendly.
Everything was great except the mechanic did not put my spare tire back together where it belonged in my trunk. Luckily my husband is a handy man himself and was able to figure out. It wasn't something a customer should have to do and worry about when picking up there vehcile. Especially when transferring car seats, kids and strollers from the rental to my own vehicle.
