I haven't let any other location tinker with my Volvo since I purchased it approx 9 years ago. It was a "loaner" but not previously owned so it was new to me. And I always look to Mark to take care of the details when I bring it in. He knows how much I love my 2013 Volvo, not only from the safety aspect but for the "fits me like a glove"
perception I have about my car! I've only driven 114,000 miles and know from previously owned Volvos that it can be driven at least another 100,000 miles. Hope Mark plans on sticking around
