Your technician needs to know the tire pressure for each car better and it shouldn't take an hour to correct the problem.

I went to get my tire replaced and 5 minutes after I left the shop my tire light came on. The staff kept giving me different information and when I arrived they wanted to send me away when I was told completely different information on the phone and was told I could be helped.

The communication and Dishonesty at the Beginning middle and end the service person jasmine had a major attitude problem towards me when I called in to express my concerns about my car I was told one time after days an days waiting to get a report she tells me they will get to my car when they can I call again she again bad customer service hung up the phone on me twice all in all I will not nor will I referred anybody to this dealership my sales man Fran’s was also very bad communication never received a call from him at all. It took 3 weeks for me to get my car I purchased it on September 21 I didn’t get my car until October 13th WOW

The service advisor was very nice. However, when he came back to provide feedback after the maintenance was completed he had the keys and information for a different car. The bigger issue and why I marked I was unsatisfied with the most recent visit is because we had McGrath replace all 4 tires and complete a re-alignment. However, the technician did not recalibrate the tire pressure after replacing the tires. The tire pressure notification went off less than 24 hours later. For the amount of money paid for the work should be completed correctly.

My experience has not been up to par with my expectations from the McGrath brand. This dealership bears the McGrath name but operates like a low level, scheming, sneaky, deceptive, and possibly a criminal organization. We are conducting an inquiry that we hope reveals we have been wrong but it is not likely.
When the vehicle was retrieved after 8 days of service for tint removal, ding repair, and side view turn signal repair, it was filthy, the rear seats were reclined (and no one has been in the vehicle since purchased other than the driver), the mileage was 19 miles over the mileage listed in the service report, and the brakes were lose.
